Jobs Responsibilities Lead monthly expense closing, reporting and variance analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Prepare expense forecasts, budgets and allocations, working closely with stakeholders to support financial planning. Develop management reports and presentations, providing insights into expense trends and business performance. Partner with Financial Reporting, Actuarial and Finance teams to ensure consistency in expense reporting and planning. Drive process improvements to enhance expense tracking, reporting efficiency and data quality. Review work completed by junior team members and support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting projects. Job Requirements 6 to 10 years of experience in management reporting, financial reporting, FP&A or expense management.
