UI/UX Designer #Esy

About the Role We're seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences. You'll own the design process from research and wireframes through to polished, production-ready interfaces, working closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups • Design and maintain a consistent design system / component library • Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs • Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights • Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders • Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years ofexperience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products • Proficiencywith design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design • Ability to translate user research and data into design decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills Nice to Have • Basic knowledgeof HTML/CSS to collaborate effectively with developers • Experience withmotion design / micro-interactions • Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing tools • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Interested candidates, please email your resume to annasee@recruitexpress.com.sg Anna See Sing Yee CEI Reg R25157535 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No: 99C4599 We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
