*Urgent* Entry Level HR Assistant (West, Healthcare, Up To $3K) - Hwx

Job Responsibilities Provide support to the Manager and Team Lead in the review, development and implementation of policies, plans, processes and programmes. Work with Institution HR Business Partners and staff in providing value-adding HR services and support. Administer and execute HR functions and processes in relation to Onboarding and Offboarding. Support and improve on-site experience for new hires and leavers through Onboarding and Offboarding stages. Ensure the services are delivered in line with company policies and comply to all relevant Legislation requirement. Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the shared service centre Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards. Requirements: min. Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline from a recognised discipline Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR IT savvy and comfortable with the use of Microsoft Excel to handle large amount of data. Organised, meticulous and proactive.
