Job Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll, including AWS, bonuses, incentives, and annual increments. Administer employee benefits, leave, claims, insurance, and HRIS updates. Manage onboarding, confirmations, contract, and employee exits. Handle WICA claims, uniform and access card administration. Ensure HR compliance, payroll audits, and statutory submissions. Prepare HR reports and analytics, and support HR system improvements and automation. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in HR or a related field. 2 years experience in payroll processing using. Some prior experience in Compensation & Benefits within a shared services environment. Able to join within short notice. Some healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
