About this role
We are hiring Customer Service Assistant to be outsourced to our client. Responsibilities: Assist walk-in drivers with registration, onboarding, account setup, and document submission. Follow up with drivers on incomplete applications and provide onboarding updates via phone, WhatsApp, and face-to-face interactions. Handle basic enquiries, maintain accurate onboarding records, and provide administrative support. Support driver acquisition activities and perform ad hoc duties as assigned. Proficient in Microsoft Office is an added advantage. Prior Experience in customer service is an added advantage.
