Key Responsibilities Perform upstream bioprocessing activities in a GMP manufacturing environment. Support cell culture, media preparation, bioreactor operations, and process monitoring. Carry out aseptic operations while adhering to established quality and safety standards. Execute manufacturing activities in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and regulatory requirements. Assist with process troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations. Requirements At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience in upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Experience with upstream processing in laboratory, pilot, or commercial manufacturing environments. Basic knowledge and practical experience in aseptic techniques. Experience with large-scale bioprocessing will be an added advantage. Familiarity with GMP manufacturing practices and production documentation is preferred.
