About this role

Responsibilities: Finance Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports. Process supplier payments, customer invoicing, and monthly payroll. Prepare and submit GST returns while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Assist with budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and government authorities. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Human Resources Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities. Prepare employment-related documents and maintain employee records. Administer payroll, employee leave, claims, and HR documentation. Support employee engagement initiatives and general HR administration. Administration Manage day-to-day office administration, procurement, and office supplies. Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to ensure smooth office operations. Handle general correspondence and provide administrative support. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably handling a full set of accounts in an SME environment. Knowledge of Singapore GST and statutory compliance. Familiarity with Info-Tech &/ Xero will be an advantage. Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
