Retail Associate (Fashion Retail)

They are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Associate to join their retail team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy fashion, styling, and building meaningful relationships with customers in a premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver a warm, personalised, and professional customer experience. Understand customers' needs and provide styling and product recommendations. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Develop in-depth product knowledge, including garment features, fit, and fabric details. Assist with visual merchandising and maintain high standards of store presentation. Perform cashiering duties, stock replenishment, and inventory management. Support day-to-day retail operations and contribute positively to the team. Requirements Minimum 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or premium retail. Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering excellent customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Results-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on roster. Benefits Attractive sales commission and incentive scheme. Annual Wage Supplement (AWS). Performance Bonus.
