Clinical Research Coordinator (Phase I)

📍 Location: Buona Vista, Singapore 💰 Salary: Up to $6,500 🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm About the Role We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator to manage and coordinate Phase I clinical trials within a Clinical Research Unit (CRU). You will oversee study activities from start-up to close-out, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, study protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements while serving as the key liaison between sponsors, investigators, and the study team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage Phase I clinical trials from study start-up through close-out. Act as the primary liaison with sponsors, monitors, investigators, ethics committees, and external vendors. Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation, including regulatory submissions and Trial Master Files (TMF). Plan and coordinate study timelines, site initiation, monitoring visits, and close-out activities. Monitor study progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely reporting of safety events and protocol deviations. Coordinate study logistics, supplies, and cross-functional activities to ensure successful study execution. Support audits, inspections, SOP updates, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related healthcare discipline. Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience. Hands-on experience coordinating Phase I clinical trials is essential. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical trial regulations, and study management processes. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
