Warehouse Admin (High Ot+Good Bonus)

📍 Location: Pioneer 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:15am – 4:00pm 💰 Salary: Up to $2,500 + OT + Yearly Bonus (up to 5.5 months) Job Responsibilities: Process warehouse-related documentation and paperwork Perform data entry and maintain accurate inventory records Handle receiving of incoming goods and shipments Verify orders and identify discrepancies in quantity or documentation Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and order coordination Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents when required Support stock take and general warehouse administrative duties Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations and ad-hoc tasks Requirements: Possess valid forklift license Basic warehouse administration or logistics coordination experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Good communication and coordination skills To apply, please click on “Apply Now” or email your latest resume to dorothy@recruitlync.com / WhatsApp 85017683.
