Main Con Civil Engineer Work Location : Marsiling Singapore Working Hours : Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm Monthly Salary : Basic up to $5000 + Variable Bonus (VB) Employment Type : Full time, Permanent Contract Company Overview The Company is a trusted Singapore construction company specializing in building and civil engineering works. Responsibility Site Operations – Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects progress on schedule. Technical Guidance – Interpret drawings and specifications, coordinating with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve issues. Compliance Oversight – Enforce statutory regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements in collaboration with project teams. Progress Monitoring – Conduct inspections, track site performance, and maintain accurate daily records. Documentation & Reporting – Prepare method statements, shop drawings, as‑built records, and support material requisitions and claims. Project Communication – Provide timely updates on progress, delays, and technical challenges to management. Requirements Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognized PEB or BCA, Singapore Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes and safety regulations Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
