Airfreight Warehouse Assistant Cum Class 4 Driver.

Overview: - Monthly Salary: UP $2800 + AWS Work Days; Mon to Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm / Sat 8:00am - 12:00pm Changi Your Responsibilities: - Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Assistant Execute inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations accurately and efficiently to meet operational requirements. Receive and verify incoming goods against delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product specifications. Conduct quantity and quality inspections upon receipt and report any discrepancies or damages. Perform system receiving, put-away, labelling, and storage of goods in accordance with established procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities. Ensure all warehouse documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and picking lists, is properly maintained to meet GDP, GMP, and GDPMDS traceability requirements. Key Responsibilities – Class 4 Driver Perform timely collection and delivery of import, export, and local cargo in accordance with operational schedules. Verify cargo quantities, condition, and documentation prior to collection and delivery. Ensure proper handling, loading, unloading, and secure transportation of cargo to prevent damage or loss. Maintain accurate and complete transport documentation and records. You will need: - Requirements as Warehouse Assistant: Min 1 years in Warehouse setting Min GCE ‘N’ Level Awareness of GDP, GMP, GDPMDS handling requirements will be an advantage. Basic computer literacy (Excel / Warehouse System). Forklift License preferred Requirements as Class 4 Driver: Min. 1-2 years’ experience in similar field Valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License Physical fit and able to carry loads Class 4 driver is required to drive 24ft truck.
