Accounts Executive (Full Set|$4500)

📍 Pioneer | 🕘 Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm | 💰 Up to $4,500/month Our client, a well-established company in the Manufacturing / FMCG / F&B industry , is looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage full-set accounting and support day-to-day finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and month-end closing Prepare financial reports, management reports and account schedules Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records Manage invoicing, payments, receipts and related accounting transactions Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow monitoring Prepare GST submissions and support audit and tax matters Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and other external parties Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Support other finance and accounting duties as required Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline At least 3 years of relevant full-set accounting experience Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or F&B industries will be highly preferred Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting practices and GST Meticulous, organised and able to work independently Interested candidates may send their updated CV to dorothy@recruitlync.com or Whatsapp 85017683.
