Recruitment Coordinator (Clinical Research)

📍 Location: Buona Vista 🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm 💰 Salary: Up to S$3,300 Job Responsibilities Contact and follow up with potential volunteers/leads provided by the company. Explain clinical research study requirements and eligibility criteria to prospective participants. Conduct preliminary screening of volunteers based on study requirements. Schedule screening appointments and study visits. Maintain accurate participant records and databases. Respond to enquiries and provide support throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with internal teams to ensure recruitment targets are achieved. Requirements Minimum Diploma in any discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with people over the phone. Customer service, telemarketing, call centre, recruitment, or healthcare-related experience will be an advantage.
