Working Location: Tai Seng Salary: Up to $7,000 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM About the Role We are seeking a Business Planning Manager to drive strategic planning and commercial excellence within the engineering solutions business. This role focuses on business performance, sales planning, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable growth. This is a non-sales role that works closely with commercial and technical teams to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business plans and commercial strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives Analyze sales performance, market trends, and business data to identify opportunities and improve operational effectiveness Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking to support business performance Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve project execution Drive business process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency Support key account planning and customer retention strategies through commercial analysis and business insights Prepare management reports, business reviews, and performance dashboards for senior leadership Monitor project profitability, cost performance, and resource planning to support sustainable business growth Identify potential business risks and recommend strategies to improve commercial performance Lead and support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc business projects assigned by management Requirements Degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related discipline At least 5 years of experience in business planning, commercial management, sales operations, or strategic planning within the engineering or industrial sector Experience in industrial electrical, instrumentation, M&E, automation, oil & gas, manufacturing, or engineering solutions will be highly advantageous Strong analytical skills with experience in business forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting Good understanding of commercial operations, sales processes, and project-based businesses Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments Self-driven, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 📩 To apply, please click “Apply Now” or send your updated resume to dor••••@recruitlync.com / WhatsApp 85•• •683.
