Accounts Exec Full Set.

Overview: - Monthly Salary: Up to $4400 + AWS + VB Location: Boon Lay area 5.5 days alternate sat, 8am – 5pm OR 5 days 8.30am – 5.30pm Your Responsibilities: - Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, AP, AR, and Bank Reconciliation. Coordinate daily finance and accounting matters with internal departments, including Production, Sales, Procurement etc. Plan and monitor cash flow to support daily business operations. Perform inventory reconciliation and support inventory costing and analysis. Review and resolve accounting queries, and provide guidance to AP & AR team members. Review and approve payments, monitor bank transactions, and ensure proper cash management. Handle payroll processing and in charge of HR-related matters. Ensure accounting systems, processes, and internal controls are properly maintained and comply with company policies. Assist with audit requirements and respond to auditor queries. Liaise with external parties including banks, auditors, and company secretary on finance-related matters. Prepare monthly management reports and financial schedules. You will need: - Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Manufacturing/FMCG/F&B industry experience is an advantage. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, cash flow management, and financial reporting. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
