Job Description Develop technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and products to promote company solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Serve as primary contact for customers on product specifications and technical inquiries Collaborate with sales team to implement strategies and meet sales targets Identify new business opportunities and conduct market research Lead contract negotiations and manage complete sales cycle Conduct product presentations and customer meetings Provide customer feedback to internal teams for product improvements Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and performance tracking Travel to customer sites and attend industry events Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field Min 3 years experience in Sales Engineer, Field Application Engineer or Technical Sales roles Industry experience in semiconductor, precision manufacturing or industrial sectors Valid driving license and willingness to travel for outdoor sales Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
