Accounts Executive (Ar)

📍 Work Location: Chin Bee Ave 🕘 Work Hour: 5 days (8.30am-5.30pm) 💰 Salary: Basic Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus Job Description Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues with clients Reconcile accounts receivable records to ensure all payments are properly recorded Maintain accurate customer transaction records and update accounting systems Work with internal teams and clients to resolve invoicing and payment problems Generate aging reports and highlight overdue accounts for management review Support month-end closing activities for receivables Provide documentation and support for audit requirements Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and standards Requirements Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with accounting software and systems Email resume to chiewjie@recruitlync.com or WhatsApp +65 87848422 (No calling, thanks!)
