Up till $4,000 + PB 5 days work week Opportunity to work in F&B or Spa & Wellness Established, trusted brand in Singapore Our Client, an established bakery in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Finance Executive. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be working in a team to ensure accurate and timely closing of period-end accounts, process transactions and provide effective support to the business in the following areas: Responsible for the daily accounting and transaction processing of the business. Provide guidance and review the transaction processing of the business performed by Finance Officer. Month-end closing of the entity-level accounts of the business and generation of financial statements and reports. Prepare / review monthly schedules and reconciliations and perform intercompany billings and reconciliations of inter-company transactions and balances. Assist the Finance Manager in all aspects of accounting and financial matters, which include the year-end audit procedures, quarterly. GST reporting, verification of income tax comps, and the preparation of various reports / responses to government stat boards. REQUIREMENTS: Preferably with at least 3 years of experience specializing in Finance General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Proficient in MS Office applications with MS Excel skills Meticulous and organized individual who possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Commonwealth Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 9.30am - 6.30pm Salary: Up till $4,000 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
