HR Executive (Construction Industry) Be Part of a Growing Organisation Supporting Workforce Excellence Join a well-established organisation in the construction and operations sector, where you'll play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, supporting both local and foreign workforce operations while partnering closely with management. Key Responsibilities HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files. Prepare HR documents, employment records, and monthly HR reports. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all HR information. Support general HR and administrative duties. Payroll & Benefits Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll reports. Consolidate overtime, leave, allowances, and payroll-related information. Administer medical claims, insurance matters, and employee claims. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation. Coordinate employee offboarding and exit documentation. HR Policies & Compliance Support the implementation and review of HR policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies. Assist in improving HR processes and best practices. Compensation & Employee Development Support performance appraisals, staff retention initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Coordinate training programmes, Skills Development Fund (SDF) applications, and employee development records. Employee Relations Serve as the HR point of contact for employee and foreign worker enquiries. Assist in handling employee relations matters, grievances, welfare issues, and workplace concerns. Maintain confidential records and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant departments. Foreign Worker Administration Manage the full spectrum of foreign worker administration, including accommodation records, worker movements, and welfare matters. Coordinate dormitory inspections, maintenance follow-ups, and accommodation compliance. Support work pass administration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with planning for workforce accommodation and operational manpower needs. General Administration Support office administration, vendor coordination, company events, and ad-hoc projects. Work closely with Management and department heads on HR-related matters. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of HR experience within the Construction industry. Hands-on experience managing the full spectrum of foreign worker administration , including work passes and employee records. Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices. Experience in payroll processing, recruitment, and HR administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Able to multitask and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: Up to S$4,000 Variable Bonus Company-provided lunch daily Company transport available from Kranji MRT (Pickup at 7:20 AM) Stable working environment with career development opportunities Working Hours Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM Work Location West / Lim Chu Kang Please note that this is a confidential search.
