Job Summary We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media & Community Associate to manage the brand’s online presence and WhatsApp communities while supporting retail operations. You will play a key role in content creation, customer engagement, and driving sales through both digital and in-store channels. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Create engaging short-form content including photos and videos showcasing retail products. Stay updated on trends to keep content relevant and engaging in the local market. WhatsApp Community & Engagement Manage and grow WhatsApp broadcast groups and customer communities. Respond promptly to customer enquiries with product recommendations and stock updates. Promote exclusive drops, flash deals, and promotions to drive sales. Retail & Customer Support Support retail operations during peak periods and special events. Gather customer feedback to improve products and content strategy. Ensure a seamless online-to-offline customer experience. Requirements Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar editing tools), and WhatsApp Business. Comfortable engaging with customers both online and face-to-face.
