Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers through various sales techniques (cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct outreach). Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services. Present and demonstrate products/services to clients effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. $50 will be given to the candidate after attending the Career Talk.
