$3,300 Basic + PB 5 Days Work Week Established and Financially Stable Company Professional Manufacturing Environment Our Client, a manufacturer of dairy products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Export Shipping Executive. RESPONSIBILITIES: Working closely with Executive Chairman & Joint CEO to serve new/existing customers and provide feasible logistics solutions Handling the entire spectrum of Export documentations and Operations Book vessel space with shipping lines and provide booking confirmation to customers Liaising with SFA officers for application of Export Health Certificate Arranging documents to bank for negotiation for shipment under L/C payment & D/P payment Arranging documents to Embassy and government authorities for endorsement Verifying bills on freight charges Ensure all necessary financial security in place prior loading/ discharge Cover Export Shipping Executive who is on leave Handle daily operations – troubleshooting on warehouse and production matters Stock allocation Perform ad-hoc duties/tasks as assigned by the Company REQUIREMENTS: At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Well organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks Candidates with senior role experience preferred Candidates in Food Industry and ERP knowledge preferred OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Pioneer Sector Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.45am – 5.30pm Salary: $2,600 - $3,300 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
