Compliance Officer (Corporate Service Provider) S$3,000 – S$3,500 + Bonus + Nominee Director Incentives Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5-day work week) Jurong East, Singapore 608526 Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, laws, and industry requirements. Conduct KYC, AML, sanctions screening, and client due diligence reviews. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures. Review and maintain accurate compliance records and documentation. Support internal audits, regulatory reviews, and inspections. Provide compliance guidance and training to internal stakeholders. Identify, report, and escalate potential compliance issues and regulatory risks. Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant changes to the business. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related discipline. 3 years of compliance experience, preferably within a corporate services, professional services, financial services, or regulatory environment. Good understanding of Singapore regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML/CFT, and corporate compliance obligations.
