Accounts Executive (Ar), $3,800 | 5 Days | Pioneer

Up till $3,800 + PB 5 Days Work Week Established and Financially Stable Company Professional Manufacturing Environment Our Client, a manufacturer of dairy products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Accounts Executive (AR). RESPONSIBILITIES: Posting of Sales Invoices in Navision Processing receipts Prepare daily receivable report Prepare and submit invoices to the bank for financing Prepare credit limit forecast reports to ensure that there is sufficient credit limit prior to sales delivery Send Statement of Accounts to customers Prepare balance sheet reconciliations Prepare debit notes and credit notes Submit insurance claims Perform inventory reconciliation Other ad-hoc duties as required and/or assigned REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with minimum 3 years qualifying experience Familiar with ERP system, Navision preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics would be preferred Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards OTHER INFORMATION: Location: Pioneer Working Days/Hours: 5 days/Office hours, 8.45am – 5.30pm Salary: $3,000 - $3,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
