Retail Assistant / Cashier (Fast Hiring | Islandwide)

Job Summary Join as a Retail Assistant and Cashier across multiple Singapore outlets, supporting store operations, customer service, stock management, and cashier duties in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Replenish, arrange, and display products on shelves to maintain attractive and organized store presentation Monitor product expiry dates and manage stock availability to ensure product freshness and reduce waste Load and unload incoming goods to maintain efficient inventory flow Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the store to provide a safe and welcoming environment Assist shoppers by providing friendly and helpful customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS cashier system to accurately process customer payments and transactions Pack customers' purchases efficiently to ensure smooth checkout and customer satisfaction Support stock replenishment and merchandising tasks as needed to maintain product availability and presentation Required competencies and certifications Ability to carry items up to 10kg to safely handle stock and goods Comfortable climbing ladders when required to access high shelves Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays to meet store operational needs Positive attitude with good customer service skills to engage effectively with customers Team player mindset to collaborate in a fast-paced retail environment Preferred competencies and qualifications No experience required; training will be provided Other Information Benefits 18 days leave from first year, including 14 days Annual Leave (up to 22 days) and 4 days Family Care Leave Medical and Hospitalisation Leave Medical benefits at partner clinics 10% Staff Discount Annual Performance Bonus (subject to company performance) Career progression opportunities Location Multiple outlets across Singapore (North / South / East / West / Central) Salary Basic Salary: $2,410/month AWS Allowance: $201/month Flexi Benefit: $25/month Gross Salary: Up to $2,636/month Working Hours 6-day work week (including weekends & Public Holidays) Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Interested applicants, please click “Apply here” or email evelyn.lim@recruitfirst.co to apply.
