· Prepare Bills of Quantities · Obtained quotations and do up evaluation for quotations · Prepare the sub-contract/purchasing document for review & approval · Cost management of projects. · Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc. · Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work · Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors · Attend meeting as and when required. · Other duties as assigned.
