Project Manager (Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets. Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently. Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables. Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance. Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycle Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
