Preparation of tender quotations including taking-off, materials/subcontractors outsourcing and costing Preparation of budget and budget control Competent to interpret the tender drawing, specification and contract documents Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors Analyzing and negotiating costs in preparation of tender BQ, post tender budgeting and ensuring cost control during construction period Preparation of progress claims and final accounts with clients and subcontractors Quantity take off from drawings Preparation of variation orders, purchase orders Requirements: Academic in relevant Quantity Surveying /Building/Engineering/ BIM, Bachelor’s Degree At least 3 years of related working experience in Singapore/Malaysia. Familiar with steel structure work and building work.
