Quantity Surveyor/ QS / (Main Construction/ General Building / Good Pay +Good Bonus

Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts. Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts. Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc. Any ad-hoic duties as assigned. Requirements Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering. 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors. Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
