Woodlands / Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS (Construction/ Main Con Experience

Oversee the submission of Main Contract progress claims, variation claims, and EOT claims. Lead the preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements and final accounts. Resolve contractual disputes with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control for construction projects. Prepare detailed cost comparisons and procurement recommendations for review by senior management. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets. Lead the preparation and submission of variation orders, claims, and EOT requests. Ensure all claims are supported by accurate documentation and comply with contract terms. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including cost forecasts and cash flow projections. Job Requirements : Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
