Project Manager (Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

· Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets. · Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently. · Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables. · Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. · Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance. · Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycle.
