Job description • Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works. • Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions. • Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management • Direct all site activities of site staff, contractors, and suppliers, etc., and manage the communication between different groups to ensure timely response to project requirements. • Manage and deliver projects within project timeline and budget, as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations. • Manage work delivery and resources based on the resource allocation and project schedules.
