Contract Manager / Assistant QS Manager / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project Experience

· Lead and manage thetendering process for construction projects, from pre-tender to post-tenderstages. · Review and analyzecontract terms, conditions, and tender documents to identify risks andopportunities. · Coordinate with project,design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and tendersubmissions. · Negotiate with clients,consultants, and subcontractors to secure favorable contract terms. · Ensure compliance withlegal, contractual, and company policies. · Provide strategic adviceto senior management on tendering strategies and cost control. Job Requirements: · Degree in QuantitySurveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent. · Minimum 8 years’experience in contract management/tendering within the construction industry.
