Construction Project Manager/ Project Manager (Construction / Good Pay +Good Bonus

· Plan, execute, and manage all phases of the project, ensuring alignment with time, budget, and quality targets. · Collaborate closely with Quantity Surveyors, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to allocate resources efficiently. · Lead discussions with stakeholders to define project specifications and deliverables. · Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors. · Secure permits and licenses from authorities (MOM, NEA, HDB, etc.), and ensure full regulatory compliance. · Determine manpower, equipment, and materials required throughout the project lifecycle. · Develop and manage construction schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. · Monitor and manage inventory of materials and equipment on-site. · Supervise and provide leadership to site teams including site coordinators, safety personnel, supervisors, and workmen. · Resolve site conflicts or issues quickly and professionally. · Prepare project documentation such as method statements, work programmes, and other required submissions. · Evaluate progress and provide regular reports to senior management. · Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and report hazards or incidents.
