Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. • Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management appraised of the progress on a regular basis. • Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project safety and commercial status. • Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project. • Make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly. • Collating the tendering documents, whether electronically or paper copies, in a presentable manner for client.
