Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS (Construction/ Main Con Experience)

· Prepare and analyze cost comparison · Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers · Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off · Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments · Strong understanding of construction and engineering principles. · Proficiency in cost estimation and quantity takeoff techniques. · Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and procurement processes. · Analytical skills to evaluate and manage project costs effectively. · Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
