Customer Service Manager – IT Mnc, East

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the IT sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Customer Service Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Act as the company’s primary liaison for customer communications Collaborate with the Quoting Specialist to ensure the timely provision of pricing information Facilitate the coordination of significant global bidding processes within the defined timelines Oversee the key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), while also assisting to address any service level concerns. Ensure the timely delivery of tracking/business reports to the various customers Collaborate with both customers/vendors to resolve process-related matters Maintain/Develop daily customers’ relationships via email, phone, or in-person interactions Identify area of improvement to enhance operational efficiency Work alongside various stakeholders to conceptualize/execute new initiatives for the various customers Keep customers well-informed about their order/query statuses, and prioritize their needs accordingly Oversee the submission of accurate forecasts, ensuring timely submission Participate in the necessary internal/external product training sessions All other adhoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any field of studies Minimum 3 years of relevant Customer Service/Sales Support experience Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
