Sales & Marketing Manager (Aesthetic Devices)

Our client is a leading medical supply chain solutions industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central - easily accessible. Responsibilities for Sales & Marketing Manager: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and achieve sales objectives for the medical aesthetics devices portfolio in Singapore. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve individual and team performance targets while fostering a results-driven culture. Establish and maintain strong relationships with aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support long-term business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market reach, and strengthen customer acquisition efforts. Manage strategic customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and business development. Formulate and implement product marketing initiatives, including product positioning, pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and promotional campaigns. Oversee the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, portfolio optimization, and product performance management. Organize and manage product demonstrations, customer education programs, workshops, scientific meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and product adoption. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and market developments to identify growth opportunities and address potential risks. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical aesthetics, medical device, healthcare or related industry.
