Benefits Summary • Basic Up $8500 + AWS + Bonuses • Stable Career Opportunity Responsibilities • Assess and identify rehabilitation needs of residents, develop and implement appropriate individualised occupational therapy programmes. • Evaluate and prescribe assistive devices to improve function in activities of daily living as required by residents. • Liaise with various stakeholders involved in the rehabilitation process and refer residents to respective professionals for consultation. • Provide training for caregivers in preparation for residents' discharge back into the home environment. • Ensure that proper documentation is made for all treatment rendered to residents.
