Procurement & Supply Chain Manager (Medical Devices Manufacturing)

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to be part of their Supply Chain team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east. The Supply Chain Manager's responsible is: Lead and oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse functions Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and SOPs to support business objectives and operational efficiency Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics Lead and develop Procurement and Warehouse teams, driving performance and continuous improvement Improve forecast accuracy and optimize inventory planning to minimize excess stock and material wastage Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and performance to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supplier base Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation coordination, and operational best practices Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution Drive supply chain improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support operational and business requirements Job Requirements: Degree in supply chain related discipline Min 8 years experience in supply chain within medical devices sector Good communication skills Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
