Assistant Warehouse Manager (Fmcg Good) - East

Our client is a well-established MNC and a leading provider of integrated logistics and supply chain solutions with a strong global presence. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager to join their operations team. They are located in the East – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Supervise warehouse manpower and coordinate daily operational activities. Plan and optimize warehouse space allocation for incoming inventory. Monitor inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and shipment according to operational schedules. Track operational performance and ensure service levels are achieved. Review, update, and implement warehouse operational procedures and work instructions. Maintain compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards. Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives. Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline. At least 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or FMCG warehousing. Hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfilment, and warehouse planning. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
