Construction Manager (Design & Build) - North

Our client is a well-established construction company specializing in Design & Build building projects. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Project Manager. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Manage the overall execution of Design & Build construction projects, ensuring project scope, timeline, budget, quality, and contractual requirements are achieved. Review tender documents, construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to establish project execution strategies and work schedules. Coordinate site activities, construction sequencing, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor project resources, including manpower, equipment, materials, and project costs to achieve timely and cost-effective project completion. Oversee technical coordination, M&E integration, architectural works, and resolve site engineering issues throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct project coordination meetings, monitor construction progress against project milestones, and implement corrective actions where required. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company quality standards across all site operations. Prepare project reports, monitor project performance, and carry out additional duties assigned by management. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience in Design & Build building projects with A1 main contractor . Experience managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site construction activities. Familiar with construction methodologies, contract administration, and coordination of M&E and architectural works.
