IoT Solutions Engineer

Our client is MNC, a leading player in HVAC Manufacturing Industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a IoT Solutions Engineer to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible. Duties of IoT Solutions Engineer: Provide technical pre-sales support by translating customer requirements into suitable fan and digital system solutions. Prepare technical proposals that comply with Singapore's energy efficiency standards and building sustainability requirements. Conduct energy assessments and demonstrate energy-saving solutions through digital dashboards and ROI analysis. Support customers in meeting regulatory and energy audit requirements. Deliver virtual demonstrations, technical consultations, and regional pre-sales support across Southeast Asia. Identify and develop new business opportunities while supporting sales strategies and customer engagement. Assist with system commissioning, customer onboarding, and training on digital platforms and optimization tools. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, technical presentations, and after-sales support. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction. Perform other duties as assigned by the company. Requirements: Degree / diploma in engineering related fields Min 3 years experience in HVAC industry.
