Our client is a leading provider of workplace safety solutions and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand development and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth while leading a high-performing marketing team. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for: Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand positioning. Lead branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all customer touchpoints. Identify new business, partnership, and collaboration opportunities to strengthen market presence. Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending to maximize ROI. Digital Marketing & Content Drive digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and online advertising. Develop and oversee content strategies, editorial calendars, and campaign planning for websites, blogs, social media, and digital platforms. Collaborate with product and sales teams to create campaigns supporting product launches and business objectives. Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively engages target audiences. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Support e-commerce and marketplace marketing initiatives where applicable. Analytics & Performance Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio. Develop dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and customer experience. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business and individual objectives. Collaborate closely with sales, product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing initiatives. Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline. Proven experience in marketing, with strong exposure to digital marketing and integrated campaign management. Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, CRM, and marketing automation. Proficient in marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills. Creative, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
