Operations Supervisor (Material Handling, Workshop) / Automotive Mnc / West

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Automotive industry. They are looking for an Operations Supervisor to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the West – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Oversee daily activities in the workshop for materials handling and customer services Ensure the workshop and employees are operationally ready with a strong sense of accountability Create/Implement procedures and guidelines for maintaining an efficiently operating workshop Ensure proper training/motivation for employees to uphold the required standards of performances Address any issues promptly, while effectively identifying/resolving any risks when necessary Assess/Improve working conditions and processes to enhance operational efficiency Enforce compliance with the company’s safety guidelines during all operations Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding any operational concerns Prepare comprehensive reports on performances, budgets, and expenses to key management stakeholders Develop/Execute plans to achieve financial targets and key objectives All other adhoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields of Engineering Minimum 2 years of relevant material handling experience in a workshop setting Possessed a valid Class 3 License Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
