About this role

Our client, an established player in the Supply Chain Management industry, is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst (8-Month Contract) to support business operations during a maternity cover period. This opportunity is based in the West area. Job Responsibilities: Provide functional support and administration for HRIS modules, including employee records, leave, time management, payroll, and related HR processes. Gather and analyse business requirements, recommend system enhancements, and support the implementation of HR technology solutions. Configure and maintain HR systems to improve operational efficiency, user experience, and compliance with business requirements. Support system integrations, data migration, and interface activities between HR systems and other business applications. Plan and execute system testing, including UT, SIT, and support UAT. Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure timely issue resolution. Support system upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and patch implementation to ensure smooth system performance. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business and management reporting requirements. Conduct user training, prepare system documentation, and provide post-implementation support to end users. Support HR system governance, process improvement initiatives, vendor coordination, audits, and other HRIS-related projects as assigned. Requirements: Min Diploma in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Min 2 years of experience supporting HRIS, HR systems, or HR technology solutions. Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors is preferred. Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to programming or technical skills (e.g. ABAP, Java, or related technologies) will be an added advantage.
