Senior Team Lead, Operations

Our client, a leading logistics company located in the East, is looking for an experienced Senior Team Lead, Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:45pm Job Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment. Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory control, and dispatch activities. Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and service levels. Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, workplace safety regulations, and 5S standards. Monitor inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and resolve operational issues promptly. Identify and drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Support project implementation and operational initiatives. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Plan manpower requirements, staff deployment, work schedules, training, and leave administration. Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to management. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management, with prior supervisory or team leadership experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other dashboard reporting tools is preferred.
