Our client is from the Logistic industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Project Coordinator for the next phase of their business. They are located in West - Walking distance from MRT. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Job Responsibilities Coordinate and support project activities to ensure timely execution of assigned initiatives. Gather, compile, and analyze data to support operational planning and decision-making. Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation. Liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project implementation. Identify process improvement opportunities and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Minimum ITE qualification. Prior exposure to operations, logistics, supply chain, or related environments will be advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Willing to travel between sites when required. Comfortable with occasional hands-on operational tasks.
