About this role
Our client is a well-established global technology manufacturer specializing in advanced equipment and automation solutions for the semiconductor and electronics industries. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team. They are located in the (North) – easily accessible. Responsibilities: Partner with business units to support manpower planning, organizational development, and day-to-day HR operations. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, performance reviews, and offboarding processes. Coordinate recruitment activities for assigned functions, including internship and graduate hiring programmes. Support employer branding initiatives, campus engagement activities, and talent acquisition projects. Administer work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and ensure compliance with local employment regulations. Maintain employee records and HR data accuracy within HRIS platforms. Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and support HR planning and decision-making. Participate in HR process improvements, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional HR projects. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline. Min. 3 Years Experience in HR Business Partnering, HR Generalist, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Relations will be advantageous. Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration. Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent systems is preferred.
